I have lost my gift certificate. Can I be issued a new one?
We are not liable for any lost items once they are in your possession.

Can I still use my gift certificate?
All of our gift certificates expire 12 months after the date of purchase. Your gift certificate will have a date on the back - 12 months after this date, the certificate is void.

Can I purchase your products wholesale?

ONLINE ORDERING


I placed an order, but haven’t received a confirmation email?
All orders placed are issued with an automated email confirmation. Please check your Spam/Junk/Inbox folder in your email.

Please EMAIL US if you have not received an email receipt in any of your email folders. Please provide as much information as possible regarding your details:- name, shipping address, items ordered, date, time.

What should I do if my order hasn’t been delivered yet?
It’s likely to be on its way. Please don’t worry, visit the Shipping section regarding order processing times and delivery.

How long will my order take to process?

Can I change my delivery address?
We cannot guarantee any amendments once an order has been processed.

What is your Returns & Exchange Policy?
We hope you thoroughly enjoy your purchase, but should you feel you need to return any part of your purchase to us, please read in full the Returns and Refunds section.

Do you ship internationally?
We do indeed. Costs for shipping vary depending on your location, your order and the nature of the products chosen (weight of the parcel). Please refer to our Shipping section for further details.


EASY RETURNS & EXCHANGES


ONLINE PURCHASES

We are happy to accept returns for items within 14 days of order delivery. All returned or exchanged items must be in their original condition. Refunds are credited to the original form of payment.

Please note that defects in products, which are caused by incorrect use or misuse, are not covered by the right of complaint.

Before returning an item you should CONTACT US by requesting our returns address and reason for return or exchange.

The items you wish to return must have been handed over to a courier no later than 14 days after you received you order. During 14 days following the delivery of your order, you may request exchange or refund of items, which you must return to us in perfect condition accompanied by the original invoice.

Returns will only be accepted if labels and original packaging are fully intact. Courage Noble cannot accept returns where labels have been removed or the package is damaged.

You are responsible for the shipping of returned items back to Courage Noble. Items lost in transportation will not be compensated for. Delivery charges on returned items are at the customer’s expense. Refunds for returned items will be made to the original purchaser’s card within two weeks of the return of the product. Note that additional duties and/or taxes will not be refunded. Neither will shipping costs.

All exchanges are subject to availability.

Faulty items will be exchanged to the same type of product in the same size and colour subject to availability. Refunds for faulty items can be made within the 14-day period following delivery. Faulty Items will be re-funded fully.

Exchanges and returns can only be made as described in Courage Nobles instructions. Items purchased online cannot be exchanged or refunded at any of our wholesale retailers. Please note that items bought on sale cannot be returned or exchanged.

IN-SHOP PURCHASES
We will accept opened or unopened product returns within 14 days. Customers may receive a refund when they have the original receipt, or if we can find the purchase in our system. Customers without a receipt may receive shop credit for returned product at the current retail price.

GIFT CARDS
Gifts cards are only redeemable in our physical shop locations and are not redeemable for cash.

All Gift Vouchers are valid for 12 Month from the date of purchase and are for use in Courage Noble Barbershop and Supplies physical store to redeem against products and services. (Please refer to your Gift Voucher i.e.: Premium Hot Towel Shave Service or £25 Products & Service Gift Voucher)

Gift Vouchers cannot be used as a payment method for products purchased online.


SHIPPING


UK DELIVERY — UK MAINLAND ORDERS OVER £50 QUALIFY FOR FREE DELIVERY.

Gift Vouchers will be sent via Royal Mail Second Class Signed for Delivery for £1.95.

Online orders of £50 in value shall qualify for Free Delivery and will be sent Second Class Royal Mail Signed for Delivery.

Online UK orders under £50 will incur a delivery charge. These are shipped by Royal Mail First class Signed for Delivery (3-5 days from dispatch) for £4.95 and will be sent as a small parcel. A Courier may be used for larger packages.

Please make sure that your delivery address is correct, as we're unable to redirect orders once they are on their way to you. We aim to dispatch all orders within 24-48 hours of being received. You will receive delivery confirmation information once your order has been packaged and shipped.

Delivered when you're not at home?
Royal Mail will leave you a card letting you know that a delivery has been attempted. The card should have detailed instructions informing you on how to obtain your parcel. You will have a specified period from the date of attempted delivery to re-arrange delivery. If the item is returned to us if you haven't collected within this period we will need to charge again for postage before sending the item out again. To avoid delays in delivering your parcel, we recommend having your item shipped to your daytime address (for example, your work address).

LOST PARCELS
If you suspect a lost delivery please CONTACT US quoting your name, order number and full address and we will look into it for you straight away


INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY


We use Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed for deliveries within the EU and World Zones 1 & 2.

Deliveries within Europe usually take 3-7 working days to arrive, but can take up to one month. Deliveries outside Europe usually take 5-10 working days to arrive. But it can take up to one month. Delivery dates depend on your country's postal service.

PLEASE NOTE
You are responsible for any and all Import Duty/ Taxes/ VAT Charges that your country may impose on you for purchasing items from outside your country. Please be aware of these amounts and charges before purchasing from Courage Noble.

Courage Noble uses client and website user information to create and maintain a service relationship. We collect information about you when you fill in a contact form or email us directly, make a booking, set up a user account through our app Fresha, you can read their privacy policy HERE. If you email anyone at CourageNoble your email will be stored securely on our chosen email provider, Yahoo and may be shared within the CourageNoble team unless you have stated that the email is confidential.
