Important Information With the current climate and all the ongoing changes related to COVID19 we have some temporary measures taking place in both shops. We will try to disrupt your appointments as little as possible. We’d be grateful for your support and understanding during this difficult time, while we try to make the best decisions possible overall.
WHAT WE'LL BE DOING
-Offering a limited number of appointments per day with only two barbers working at a time per shop.
-Offering only haircuts and beard trims, no shaves. We aim to wash all hair before cutting unless due to clients needs this is not possible.
-Appointments will be booked allowing extra time for cleaning and sanitising.
-Wearing clean gloves for every service to protect you & us
-Disinfecting the station, chair and wash down after each use with a medical disinfectant. Equipment always is cleaned with Barbercide and Clippercide.
-Washing our hands between every customer and after any cleaning task.
-Wearing protective visors
-Washing or disinfecting our hands after using the card machine.
-Only accepting contactless / apple / android pay payments.
-Cleaning all handles and doors regularly throughout the day with a medical disinfectant on top of our regular daily and weekly deep cleans.
Lastly please try to still enjoy your appointment and know we are doing our best to keep to our current standards on service and spreading Good Vibes!
WHAT WE NEED YOU TO DO.
-Please come ALONE to your appointment. If you're a youth or require assistance please try to bring one member of your household.
-Please wear a face mask before entering the shops.
-Hand sanitiser is available in the entry of the shops, please use it as soon as you enter and exit the shops.
-Payment via contactless methods only.
-Arrive on time, not early or late. Waiting is not permitted in store. Your barber will welcome you in for your appointment when they are ready for you.
-Please remember that we will be unable to allow use of the shops toilets. We will also be unable to provide ANY beverages.
-Please remember to practice social distancing with all other barbers and customers within or outside the shop, before, during and after your appointments.
WHAT TO DO IF ANY OF THE FOLLOWING APPLIES;
-If you feel unwell and have ANY symptoms of COVID19 no matter how mild please cancel and re-arrange your appointment. Temperatures will be taken on entry & if we deem you unwell we will turn you away.
-If you’ve not been following social distancing guidelines please cancel and re-arrange your appointment. Don’t re-book until you’ve been following guidelines for 14 days.
-If you’ve been in contact with anyone showing symptoms of COVID19 please cancel and re-arrange your appointment.
-If you have been around anyone who is confirmed to be infected with COVID19 please contact either shop to inform us. Please don’t attend your future appointments until at least 14 days have passed.
-If you contract COVID19 within 14 days of an appointment at either shop please contact us immediately.
Booking by Phone
We recommend and encourage you to book directly through our online booking system. This ensures minimum interruptions from a ringing telephone while you are enjoying your appointment. However, of course we understand this isn’t possible for everyone, so if you would prefer to call us, please be patient and if you have to leave an answer phone message, don’t worry, one of our lovely team members will call you back as soon as they can.
